What makes us different?
We believe that our product surpasses our competitors with quality of craftmanship and design. We don’t mass produce our systems and we pride ourselves on creating unique custom drawers specific to customers needs.
While being completely customisable, our drawers are also strong. Using heavy duty ball-bearing locking drawer slides and a structural plywood construction allows each drawer to hold up to 125kg of weight while themselves weighing very little.
Although our drawer systems come at predetermined sizes designed to fit into most vehicles, our systems can be altered and custom built to your sepcifications allowing every inch of space to be used fully with minimal wasted space.
How does it work?
Have a look at our range of systems and fill out our quote requests, one of our helpful staff will contact you and discuss dimensions and how we can tweek your design if needed. from there we can email you a dimensional drawing and quote for your acceptance.
Once you’ve placed your order, you’re place in our production que and notified when your system is ready for installation or dispatch to you.

Freight & Shipping
All freight and shipping charges will be quoted at the time of invoicing, however, as freight quotes can change at any time, confirmation of freight charges are confirmed 3 days prior to shipping and must be paid in full prior to the unit being dispatched. Pick up can also be arranged on customer request from our workshop on the Central Coast, NSW. Although we aren't currently operating as a traditional storefront business, we can accomadate customer requirements.
All our drawer systems are palletised for freight and generally someone will need to be home to recieve/assist with unloading of the delivery, please contact us if there are any issues with this process and we can arrange accordingly. Freight costs and time vary depending on location but allow 5-7 business days for metro and up to 14 business days for regional/remote delivery.
Pricing & Warranty
Pricing
Our pricing is done as cost effective as possible. The prices on the website function as a guide to our standard system costs. Variations and custom system pricing is done on a quote basis and subject to customers acceptance. Prices are subject to change at any time as per discretion of Offroad Customs. Goods will only be manufactured/delivered on complete payment for all outstanding invoices payable by the customer.
Please note there is a lead time on all ourproducts. This includes drawer system, drawer system components, and wing kits. The Drawer Company will notify the customer on the approximate lead time for these custom products. Please note that this lead time is only an approximation and is not to be used as an exact timeframe.
For products not aforementioned, there may still be a lead time if stock is not readily available at our warehouse for distribution. In this case please allow up to a week for new stock to arrive on order from the manufacturer/3rd-party where applicable.
In the case where the lead time on a given product is not as specified, The Drawer Company will promptly notify the customer of any changes and try to provide the most accurate timeframe available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the availability of a product or service.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty Period
VALKRYS PTY LTD T/A Offroad Customs (hereto "Offroad Customs") offer this 1 year (12-month) limited warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects in products supplied by it. This includes all components and systems manufactured in-house. All other components produced or sourced from third-party manufacturers and/or suppliers but provided as part of a product provided by Offroad Customs are covered by a 1 year (12-month) warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers:
Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as described; we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion, including, but not limited to, replacement of only the faulty component if it is regarded as a separate component. This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, modify, limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper use
Damage caused by faulty installation or modification made during installation, unless installed by Offroad Customs
Damage caused by misuse, overloading, rough handling, incorrect operation, adverse weather, accidents and fair wear and tear
Costs, losses, or charges:
of removing and reinstalling the product
for travel and /or other expenses due to customer’s remote location
for transport charges and damage in transit. It is your responsibility to deliver and pick up your product, including any costs associated with the postage of your repair or replacement product. If you do freight your product, we recommend that you insure against loss or damage
directly or indirectly associated with the product failing to operate
Information relating to your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to claim
To make a claim please email us directly on info@offroadcustoms.com.au and in the Subject field type your name followed by "WARRANTY".
All warranty claim emails must be accompanied with a short video file showing the faulty component and a description of what the fault is.
Faulty Product Return Policy
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
is unsafe.
is significantly different from the sample or description; or
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Return Policy
We’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit but not refund.
Here’s the simple procedure for return/exchange/refund of goods purchased online:
• Please contact the office
• All return/exchange must be requested within 7 days of purchase
• Returned products are subject to inspection.
• Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the product requires removal from your vehicle, a fee of $150 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour will be payable at time of removal.
